ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The project “Europe comes to your home” aims to promote solidarity and international mobility among Vosges youth, in particular by improving access to information, to allow a better understanding of international mobility.
ACTIVITIES
– invest in daily life with young people who attend the center (help with homework, leisure time, cultural events, etc.) while making them discover new culture;
– share his/her experience with young middle and high school students from the sector;
– run a blog on the site cerf-city.fr which tells his daily life of EVS;
– enter debates on the web radio in connection with international topics;
– participate in the youth festival JAC & Leo;
– implement their own ideas.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Candidates must be residents of the Republic of Moldova aged between 18 and 30 and show interest and motivation to take part in the program. Priority will be given to young people interested digital tools, as well as encouraged to apply young people who have not participated in such projects and young people living outside large centers. Candidates must know English at the communication level so they can consult the project documentation and communicate with other program participants.
HOSTING CONDITIONS
– participant will be host in a family nearby the workplace;
– participants will receive pocket money in the amount of 181 EUR/month and money for food 6-7EUR per day;
– 35 hour of work per week in a dynamic cultural institution;
– the local transportation expenses will be coved;
– participants will be reimbursed up to EUR 275 for international round trip costs.
